Job Title: Contract Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated, compassionate, and experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our growing team on a part-time, contract basis. The role will support both in-clinic services and remote telehealth follow-up consultations, focusing on weight loss management (including GLP-1 medications) and hormone replacement therapy (HRT).
This position offers excellent flexibility with potential for growth as our client base expands.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct initial (in person) and follow-up (in person or telephone/telehealth)
- Assess and develop individualized care plans for patients seeking:
- Medically supervised weight loss (including GLP-1 therapy)
- Hormone replacement therapy (HRT) for men and women
- Educate patients on treatment options, safety, and lifestyle considerations
- Manage and document patient progress in the EHR
- Collaborate with the clinic’s medical director and support staff to ensure consistent patient care
- Stay updated on best practices and regulatory guidance related to GLP-1 medications and HRT
- Assist in promoting services and educating clients during IV therapy or wellness visits (optional but preferred)
Qualifications
Required:
- Active and unrestricted NP or PA license in the state of Georgia
- Minimum of 1–2 years of clinical experience
- Comfort with autonomous practice in both in-person and virtual settings
Preferred:
- Experience with GLP-1 medication protocols (e.g., Semaglutide, Tirzepatide, etc.)
- Knowledge or training in hormone replacement therapy (HRT)
- Background in functional, aesthetic, or integrative medicine
- Entrepreneurial spirit or sales experience is a plus
Compensation & Structure
- Base Rate: $65/hour
- Open to Negotiation: Commission on patient programs sold, performance-based incentives, or hybrid pay models
- Schedule: 4–6 hours/week with flexibility in scheduling and some remote work
