Job Title: PA-C for Family PracticeLocation: Columbus, GAJob Type: Full or Part TimePractice Type: Solo Physician Private Family PracticeSchedule: Monday – Thursday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (No weekends or on-call) Fridays will be added on as patient base expands to support.

We are a well-established, privately owned family medicine clinic in Columbus, GA, dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care for individuals and families across all stages of life. Due to continued growth and community demand, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced physicians assistant to join our clinical team.
Position Summary:
As our PA-C, you will work closely with our physician and support staff to provide comprehensive primary care services. You will be responsible for managing acute and chronic conditions, performing physical exams, prescribing medications, and educating patients about preventative care and healthy lifestyles.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide primary care services including diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic conditions.
- Conduct thorough physical exams and routine screenings.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests (labs, imaging, etc.).
- Develop treatment plans and monitor patient progress.
- Prescribe medications in accordance with Georgia state laws.
- Educate patients and families on disease prevention, medications, and health maintenance.
- Collaborate with the practice’s physician and care team to ensure continuity of care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records using our EHR system.
Qualifications:
- Current and unrestricted Georgia PA license.
- Board certification as a Physician’s Assistant through the NCCPA
- Graduate of an accredited Physician’s Assistant program.
- DEA registration and prescriptive authority in GA (if applicable)
- Strong diagnostic, clinical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a full patient panel.
- EMR proficiency (experience with eClinicalWorks will help move you to the top of the list).
