Long-Term Cardiothoracic PA Role – Licensing Covered
Seeking an experienced Cardiothoracic Surgery PA for a long-term locum tenens assignment. This is a unique opportunity to join a dedicated team with an ongoing need starting this fall.

Practice Setting
- Specialized focus on Cardiothoracic Surgery cases.
- Practice is a mix of inpatient and outpatient settings.
- Work alongside a supportive team of RNs and MAs.
Schedule
- Consistent mid-week clinic and procedure schedule.
- Coverage needed from Tuesday to Thursday.
- Manageable 1:4 in-house call rotation.
Cases
- Patient population is all adult.
- Caseload is focused exclusively on Cardiothoracic surgery.
- See an average of 15 patients per day.
Requirements
- Must be a Certified Physician Assistant (PA-C).
- Requires at least 12 months of Cardiothoracic Surgery experience.
- Active ACLS and BLS certifications needed.
Credentialing Requirements
- Credentialing takes approximately 90 days.
- Temporary privileges are available to expedite your start date.
- Dedicated support provided throughout the credentialing process.
Travel Accommodations
- Round-trip travel arranged and covered.
- Private lodging accommodations provided.
- Rental car included for the duration of your assignment.
