Full-Time PA/NP – Family Medicine (Dearborn, MI)Pelham Primary Care
Pelham Primary Care is seeking a compassionate and skilled Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our established Family Medicine practice in Dearborn, MI. This is a full-time position with standard weekday hours (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM) and no weekends or call.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality primary care to a diverse patient population across the lifespan
- Perform patient assessments, diagnostics, preventive care, chronic disease management, and minor office procedures
- Collaborate closely with a supervising physician and other healthcare team members
- Utilize EPIC EMR for all documentation and care coordination
- Educate patients on health promotion, disease prevention, and management of chronic conditions
Qualifications:
- Licensed PA or NP in the state of Michigan (required)
- Minimum of 1–2 years’ experience in Family Medicine or Primary Care (preferred, but not required)
- Familiarity with EPIC EMR strongly preferred
- Excellent communication, clinical judgment, and patient-centered care skills
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Position Details:
- Full-time: Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
