Full Job Description
We are seeking a Physician Assistant (PA-C) to provide primary care services to high school students in a full-time, school-based clinic located within a Bronx high school.You will be the sole on-site medical provider, supported by a medical assistant/office assistant, with remote supervision from a licensed physician.This role is ideal for providers passionate about adolescent health, looking for a consistent weekday schedule aligned with the school year.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PMLocation: Bronx
ResponsibilitiesManage ~15 student visits per day (wellness, acute, chronic care)Provide reproductive health services (birth control, emergency contraception)Administer vaccines and manage medication/vaccine inventoryDocument care in NextGen EMRServe as the on-site clinical lead with remote physician support
QualificationsLicensed Physician Assistant (PA-C) in New York StateComfortable working independently in a school-based settingInterest in pediatrics or adolescent healthSpanish language skills strongly preferred (for some sites)New graduates with relevant clinical rotations are welcome to apply

Pay: $70.00 – $80.00 per hour
