Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physician Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic clinical environment. This role is essential in delivering comprehensive medical services, including physical examinations, urgent care, and specialized procedures.
Duties
- Conduct thorough physical examinations and assess patients’ health status.
- Assist in the management of patients requiring neonatal ventilator support.
- Provide urgent care services for patients with acute medical conditions.
- Perform airway management procedures as needed.
- Utilize medical terminology effectively in patient documentation and communication.
- Participate in radiation therapy protocols when applicable.
- Assist with cardiac catheterization procedures under physician supervision.
- Perform suturing and wound care for patients as required.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a teaching hospital setting to enhance patient outcomes.
- Engage in clinical research initiatives to advance medical knowledge and practices.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant program.
- Certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and clinical practices.
- Experience or training in neonatal care, urgent care, airway management, and cardiac catheterization is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and clinical research participation.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $132,000.00 – $140,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
