Description: We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join our clinical team. In this role, you will assisting with pre-procedure assessments and post-procedural follow-ups for patients undergoing vascular procedures. We are seeking a candidate that possesses the commitment to provide effective and quality care to our patients and to be a long term member of our growing team.
Responsibilities:
· See patients in consultations and follow-ups, perform history and physical examination, order diagnostic tests, review results, and report to the physician as needed.
· Manage all aspects of patient care in the outpatient clinic, including addressing patient calls and collaborating with other intradisciplinary team members.
· Perform medical documentation accurately to maintain comprehensive patient records.
· Educate patients and families on health management, medication adherence, and lifestyle modifications.
· Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
Requirements:
· Strong skills in medical documentation and familiarity with electronic health records (EHR).
· Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and families.
· Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
Education:
PA-C:
· Graduate of an A.R.C. approved Physician Assistant Program.
· Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies and/or higher degree obtained from a program recognized by their practicing states Licensing Board.
NP:
· Currently licensed as a Nurse Practitioner in CA.
· National certification as a Nurse Practitioner by nationally accredited organization recognized by state Board of Nursing.
· Current DEA License

Pay: $90.00 – $99.00 per hour
