Job Overview
We are a leading pain management and physical rehabilitation practice dedicated to providing compassionate, comprehensive care to our patients. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physician Assistant to join our team. This role involves working closely with our attending physician, overseeing patients in the hospital setting, and ensuring continuity of care under direct supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical histories, physical exams, and evaluations of functional status.
- Collaborate with the attending physician to develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs.
- Perform hospital rounds, monitor patient progress, and adjust care plans as needed.
- Prescribe medications and order diagnostic tests or therapies within the scope of practice.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, rehabilitation exercises, and pain management techniques.
- Maintain detailed and accurate medical records in compliance with hospital policies and regulations.
- Act as a liaison between the patient, family members, and the healthcare team to ensure cohesive care delivery.
Qualifications:
- Certified Physician Assistant (PA) or Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP)with an active license to practice in MI
- Experience in pain management, physical rehabilitation, or a related specialty is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of musculoskeletal anatomy, pharmacology, and pain management protocols.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining collaborative relationships with supervising physicians and healthcare staff.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $105,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
