Our practice includes six surgeons and a team of skilled midlevel providers across three clinics and three ambulatory surgery centers. We are seeking a full-time Physician Assistant to join our growing team. We welcome new graduates who are an excellent fit for our culture and mission. No on-call responsibilities are required for this position.
Position SummaryAs a Physician Assistant, you will:
- Assist surgeons with consultations, surgical procedures, and postoperative care for both surgical and nonsurgical treatments.
- Demonstrate knowledge of, or a willingness to learn, operating room protocols, suturing techniques, sterile procedures, and universal precautions.
- Deliver care and services in accordance with established treatment protocols, scope of practice, organizational policies, and all applicable regulatory standards.

Essential Qualifications and Skills
- Knowledge of medical guidelines and procedures related to patient examination, treatment, and recovery
- Familiarity with health regulations and patient care standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to remain patient, compassionate, and composed in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask effectively

Education and Certifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies, Health Science, or Medical Science
- Active Washington State Physician Assistant License (required upon hire)
- Valid DEA License (required upon hire)
- Current ACLS, PALS and BLS certifications (required upon hire)
