PAIN MEDICINE NURSE PRACTITIONER/PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT
We are looking for a Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant who can deliver medical care to patients with chronic pain conditions .
Our center offers various modalities for patients with chronic pain conditions, including medication management, physical therapy and stress management.
Coordinate patient care as a triage resource; strong administrative skills a must.
Update patient records and check records for accuracy at each patient appointment
Analyze test data and determine the need for follow-up appointments and further treatment options
Deliver quality care while maintaining all company metrics pertaining to productivity
Serve as the resource patients need for ongoing care information, counseling and provide guidance for any patients with critical conditions
