Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physician Assistant to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care. You will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and performing various medical procedures. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills and a commitment to improving patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and diagnostic evaluations to determine appropriate treatment plans.
• Perform medical procedures including IV infusion, dermabrasion, esthetic laser treatments, and critical care interventions.
• Manage patient data effectively, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Collaborate with physicians in the operating room (OR) during surgical procedures.
• Participate in discharge planning to ensure smooth transitions for patients leaving care.
• Engage in research activities to contribute to the advancement of medical practices within the facility.
• Utilize the Minimum Data Set (MDS) for comprehensive patient evaluations and care planning.

Skills

• Proficient in IV infusion techniques and dermabrasion procedures.
• Strong diagnostic evaluation skills with an ability to interpret clinical data effectively.
• Excellent data management capabilities for maintaining accurate patient records.
• Experience with esthetic laser treatment and critical care practices is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with operating room protocols and procedures.
• Research experience is a plus, contributing to evidence-based practice improvements.
• Knowledge of discharge planning processes to enhance patient care continuity.

Pay: $113,229.27 – $136,362.14 per year
