We are hiring a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join an innovative care team in a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility in Midtown Manhattan.This practice is redefining healthcare delivery by focusing on prevention, wellness, and chronic disease management—all in a modern, thoughtfully designed setting.
Specialty: Primary Care – Must have 3+ years of hospital experience!Schedule: 4x10s (Monday – Friday)Hours: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM or 7:00 AM – 5:00 PMLocation: Manhattan (Facility-based – no home visits)
Responsibilities:Perform detailed health assessments, physicals, and screeningsDiagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditionsPrescribe medications, order labs and imaging, and develop care plansPerform in-facility procedures (phlebotomy, IV insertion, EKGs, etc.)Provide lifestyle and wellness counseling, focused on prevention and longevityCollaborate closely with your pod team and in-house specialistsMaintain clear and compliant documentation in the EMR
Required ExperienceLicensed NP in New York State (FNP, AGNP, or ANP) or Licensed Physician Assistant in New York State3+ years of hospital experienceProficient with diagnostic and point-of-care testing toolsCommitted to collaborative care, patient education, and preventive medicine
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $170,000.00 – $190,000.00 per year
