Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physician Assistant to join our medical team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care, assisting physicians in diagnosing and treating various health conditions, and ensuring the efficient operation of our healthcare facility. Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and diagnostic evaluations to determine appropriate treatment plans.
- Perform Procedures .
- Assist in critical care situations, including procedures and interventions.
- Participate in surgical procedures within the operating room (OR) under the supervision of a physician.
- Manage patient data effectively, ensuring accurate documentation and data management practices.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop discharge planning strategies for patients.
- Engage in research initiatives aimed at improving patient outcomes and advancing medical practices.
ExperienceCandidates should possess a valid Physician Assistant license and have relevant clinical experience. Preferred qualifications include familiarity with MDS (Minimum Data Set) assessments and prior experience in critical care settings. A strong commitment to patient-centered care, along with the ability to adapt to fast-paced environments, is essential for success in this role.
