OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physician Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care in various settings, including clinics, hospitals, nursing homes, and urgent care facilities. This role requires a strong commitment to patient assessment, treatment planning, and the ability to perform clinical procedures.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical histories and physical examinations.
- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians.
- Administer injections and perform procedures with or without supervision.
- Provide urgent care services as needed, ensuring timely and effective treatment for patients.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Educate patients on health management strategies and preventive care.
Experience
- Previous experience in a medical office, clinic, or hospital setting is preferred.
- Experience administering injections and performing patient assessments is essential.
- Knowledge of clinical trials and health coaching practices will be beneficial.
- Experience in urgent care settings is highly desirable.
- Candidates should possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A commitment to continuous learning and professional development is essential for success in this role.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $50.00 – $70.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
