Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in a clinic setting under supervision of physicians in pulmonary and sleep medicine. This role requires a compassionate approach to patient interactions and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of care.
Duties
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and evaluations.
- Document patient histories, symptoms, and treatment plans accurately using ICD-10 coding.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Provide education to patients regarding health management, preventive care, and treatment options.
- Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
Experience
- A valid Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant license is required.
- Experience in hospital medicine or clinic settings is preferred
- Bilingual( English and Spanish) preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
