MODERN URGENT CARE CLINICS | CONSISTENT SCHEDULE | COMPETITIVE PAY | SUPPORTIVE TEAM CULTURE

One of Connecticut’s most respected urgent care networks is actively hiring Urgent Care Family Nurse Practitioners (FNPs) and Urgent Care Physician Assistants (PA-C) to meet growing patient demand.   • Treat all ages in a busy but manageable urgent care setting
  • Full-time = 6 shifts every 2 weeks (includes five 12-hour shifts and one 8-hour shift)
  • Predictable schedule released two months in advance
  • Choose your preferred location from 22 urgent care clinics across Connecticut
  • Clinic hours: 8AM–8PM weekdays, 9AM–5PM weekends/holidays
  • Average daily cap of ~45 patients, with telehealth support built in
  • Team includes MA, RT, and front desk staff at every clinic

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Earn up to $97/hour depending on experience
  • Base salary from $145,000–$175,000 + monthly productivity bonuses
  • Annual retention bonuses ($5k–$10k) and separate CME budget
  • 4 weeks PTO plus employer-matched 401(k) and Roth IRA
  • Full malpractice, licensing, and DEA coverage
  • Optional overtime available at an additional $10/hour

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Licensed Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C)
  • Board-certified and experienced in an urgent care or ER setting
  • Confident with common procedures: laceration repair, splints, wet reads, etc.
  • Holds active BLS, ACLS, PALS, and DEA
