Compensation and Benefits
- Base Salary: $130,000 – $180,000 (dependent on experience)
- Bonus Structure: Productivity-based incentives with expected total earnings up to $225,000/year

Ideal Candidate Profile
You’re a clinically confident, adaptable, and motivated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who is energized by a dynamic orthopedic setting. You’re comfortable balancing both clinic duties and surgical support and enjoy contributing meaningfully to coordinated, patient-focused care. While prior orthopedic spine experience is preferred, we are open to training highly motivated new graduates with the right foundational skills and mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and create individualized care plans
- Manage both acute and chronic spine-related conditions in the clinic
- Conduct pre- and post-operative evaluations and assist with treatment planning
- Perform minor procedures, administer injections, and support wound care
- Triage patient concerns and respond appropriately to urgent or emergent needs
- Assist in surgical cases and provide intraoperative support as required
- Participate in rounding and on-call coverage as part of the APP team
- Deliver patient education related to diagnosis, procedures, recovery, and wellness
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with all regulatory standards
- Work collaboratively with physicians, surgical staff, and the care coordination team
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited U.S.-based NP or PA program (Puerto Rico programs not accepted)
- Active and unrestricted Arizona license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- DEA certification in good standing
- NP First Assist training (if applicable), in accordance with AORN standards
- Prior orthopedic spine experience preferred but not required
