We specialize in cosmetic surgical and non-surgical treatments, and are seeking a skilled, professional, and compassionate Physician Assistant (PA) to join our elite team.

Job Summary:

The Physician Assistant will work closely with our board-certified plastic surgeon to provide pre-operative and post-operative care, assist in surgery, and deliver non-surgical aesthetic treatments. The ideal candidate has a passion for aesthetics, a refined bedside manner, and thrives in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations, including history and physicals, for cosmetic and reconstructive procedures
• Conduct pre-op and post-op consultations and follow-up appointments
• Administer injectable treatments (e.g., Botox, fillers, PRP, exosomes, etc.)
• Educate patients on surgical procedures, recovery expectations, skincare, and non-invasive treatment options
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR system
• Prepare surgical charts and pre-operative orders
• Collaborate with surgeons and clinical team to ensure the highest quality of care
• Contribute to patient satisfaction by delivering white-glove service and maintaining confidentiality and professionalism

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree from an accredited PA program
• Current California PA license and NCCPA certification
• BLS and ACLS certification required
• Proficiency in injectables is highly desirable
• Strong knowledge of aesthetic anatomy
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor appropriate for a concierge practice setting

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $125,000.00 per year
