We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physician Assistant to join our growing team in Brooklyn, NY. Position Details:
- Schedule: Monday–Friday
- No nights, no weekends
- Value-Based Care model focused on Geriatric patients
- Small patient panel: Daily census of 7–10 patients
- Emphasis on quality care over volume
- No lengthy credentialing process
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide primary and preventive care services to elderly patients in an outpatient setting
- Conduct physical exams, diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and manage treatment plans
- Educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to coordinate care for PACE Participants
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records in the electronic medical record system
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive salary: $160,000 – $178,000
- Annual bonus (up to 20% of salary)

Requirements:
- Current Physician Assistant licensure in New York State
- National certification (NCCPA)
- At least 1–2 years of clinical experience preferred (new graduates with strong clinical rotations may be considered)
- Excellent communication, organizational, and clinical skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a care team
