Permanent (Full Time)
Pay Rate: $95,000 – $131,000/Yearly. Competitive salary range based on experience and training (to be discussed at interview).

Summary:
- The hospital is the area’s premier health facility dedicated to the unique needs of women and newborns.
- 11-bed, Level-II NICU with 236 annual NICU admissions
- 2-physician practice, supported by affiliated Bay Care practice in Tampa.
- 16-hour shifts .
- Additional hours for additional pay are available.
- Licensing and credentialing are provided at no cost.
- Not accepting new graduate candidates – Current 2+ years’ work experience in NICU (not including RN or training) is required.

Submission Requirements
- Minimum of a Master’s Degree Required
- Board Certified through NCCPA Required
- FL license Required
- Completion of a Neonatal PA training program Highly Preferred
- 2+ years of PA work experience (not including training) in Neonatal ICU Required
- Clean malpractice/licensing history Highly Preferred
Certification Requirements
- Board Certified
State License Requirements
- Florida State License
