Job Description: MEADICAL TREATMENT IS NOT AUTHORIZE FOR THIS POSITION
The purpose of this requirement is to obtain licensed medical provider (Physican Assistant) to support for completion of the periodic health assessment (PHA), pre/post deployment health assessment (PDHA), post deployment health reassessment (PDHRA), Physical Examinations for Aviation, Special Military School and miscellaneous examinations to improve Individual Medical Readiness (IMR) of the MDARNG. The goal for overall medical readiness is greater than 90% of Service members FMR, with the ideal goal being 100%. Medical treatment is not authorized. The Maryland Army National Guard (MDARNG) Surgeon’s Office requires a highly responsive process whereby the government can quickly obtain needed support and services.
licensed medical provider for 8 AM – 4:30 PM Tuesday through Friday except on recognized US holidays or when the Government facility/installation is closed due to local or national emergencies, administrative closings, or similar Government-directed facility/installation closings. Performance shall be primarily at Camp Fretterd Military Reservation (CFMR), 5555 Rue Saint Lo Drive, Reisterstown, MD 21136, BLDG 205 or The Flight Surgeon’s Clinic 2624 Fairview Point Road, Building E-6814, Edgewood Maryland 21040 and occasionally other locations within the state. Alternate work locations, workdays and hours may be authorized (generally the performance location will be at CFMR Tuesday and Thursday and at the Flight Surgeons Clinic on Wednesdays). The medical provider will be credentialed by the contractor.
