Now Hiring: Nurse Practitioner (NP) / Physician Assistant (PA) – Otolaryngology (ENT)Location: Sun City West, ArizonaSchedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Standard Clinic HoursPractice Type: Outpatient ENT ClinicCall Requirement: Minimal; triage-only coverage when physicians are unavailable

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $120,000 – $140,000 annually
  • Bonus Opportunity: Performance-based; current APPs average $200,000 – $225,000 annually

About the Practice

Join a respected and long-standing otolaryngology clinic in Sun City, Arizona, known for its collaborative and patient-first approach. This team-based practice provides the full scope of ENT care—including complex head and neck oncology—in an outpatient setting with no hospital rounds or weekend coverage. Position Overview

In this role, you will evaluate and manage patients with a variety of ENT conditions in a dedicated outpatient setting. You will work both independently and alongside experienced otolaryngologists. The patient base is primarily adult and Medicare-aged, though you may also care for pediatric cases on occasion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments and manage conditions related to ears, nose, throat, and related systems
  • Perform or assist with in-office procedures, including:
  • Flexible and rigid endoscopy
  • Cerumen disimpaction
  • Sinus and nasal debridement
  • Coordinate patient referrals and pre/post-op planning
  • Maintain timely documentation in the EMR (eClinicalWorks experience a plus)
  • Participate in a minimal after-hours call rotation (triage only)
  • Collaborate with ENT physicians, RNs, and front-office staff to ensure cohesive care
  • Stay current with CME, licensure, and clinical best practices

Qualifications

Required:

  • Active Arizona license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
  • National board certification (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA)
  • Minimum 3 years of ENT-specific clinical experience

Preferred:

  • Background in ENT oncology, including thyroid disorders and head/neck cancer
  • Experience in pediatric ENT
  • Familiarity with eClinicalWorks
  • Ability to manage 15–25 patients per day
  • Strong procedural skills or eagerness to develop them further
  • Detail-oriented, with commitment to quality outcomes and patient satisfaction
