OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physician Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in various settings, including outpatient clinics and hospitals. This role requires a strong background in internal medicine, emergency room experience, and the ability to perform essential medical procedures. The Physician Assistant will work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical histories and physical examinations.
• Administer injections and perform phlebotomy as needed.
• Assist in the management of patients in both outpatient and hospital settings.
• Participate in clinical trials and research initiatives to advance medical knowledge.
• Collaborate with physicians to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
• Document all patient interactions accurately in electronic health records (EHR).
• Educate patients on health maintenance, disease prevention, and medication administration.
• Manage data related to patient care and clinical trials effectively.

Requirements

• Master’s degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program.
• Current certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
• Experience in internal medicine or emergency room settings is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in administering injections and performing phlebotomy.
• Familiarity with clinical trials and research methodologies is a plus.
• Strong data management skills, with experience using electronic health record systems.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $110,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year
