Redefine Healthcare is looking for a dedicated, full-time Physician Assistant to join our expanding team of healthcare professionals in our Hamilton & Freehold offices. For this position, you will work collaboratively with our team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality, personalized care to patients suffering from neurological, orthopedic, and pain-related conditions. Job Title: Physician Assistant

Salary/Pay Rate: $130- 150k/annually, depending on specialty and experience

Hours: 40 hours per week

Job Type: Full-time

Job Title Duties (not limited to):

  • Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history review, physical examinations, and diagnostic evaluations.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans under the supervision of attending physicians, tailored to each patient’s specific needs and condition.
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests such as imaging studies, laboratory tests, and nerve conduction studies.
  • Perform procedures such as joint injections, trigger point injections, and other interventions as appropriate.
  • Educate patients and their families about their conditions, treatment options, and preventive care measures.
  • Collaborate closely with other healthcare providers within the practice to ensure coordinated and integrated care delivery.
  • Document patient encounters accurately and comprehensively in the electronic medical record system.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of clinical protocols and guidelines.
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and uphold ethical and professional standards of practice.

Minimum Level of Education or Experience Required:

  • Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant program.
  • Current and unrestricted Physician Assistant license in the state of practice.
  • Certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
  • Prior experience in neurology, pain management, orthopedics, or a related specialty preferred.
  • Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
  • Commitment to delivering compassionate and patient-centered care.
  • Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems.
