As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a certified and experienced Traveling NP or PA to take on both clinical and operational responsibilities. Position Type:Full-Time, Mobile – Travel required between practice sites in Queens and Brooklyn

Hours:Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Salary:Competitive, based on experience and qualifications

Role Overview:

We’re seeking a proactive NP or PA who enjoys working in the field, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is comfortable managing both clinical care and practice operations. This role includes providing interventional radiology and phlebotomy services, overseeing daily workflows, and helping build practice systems and quality standards. Prior experience supporting a new or growing medical practice is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide mobile interventional radiology and phlebotomy services
  • Conduct patient assessments, procedures, and follow-up care
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and NY State regulations
  • Oversee clinical quality and documentation standards
  • Train and mentor new clinical staff
  • Support community outreach and patient education efforts
  • Coordinate scheduling, follow-ups, and patient communication
  • Maintain and update EMRs accurately
  • Assist with billing, coding, credentialing, and reporting
  • Help build efficient workflows and internal procedures
  • Act as a point of contact between staff, patients, and leadership

Required Qualifications:

  • Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
  • Must be licensed and registered to practice in New York State
  • Experience in interventional radiology and phlebotomy
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
  • Comfortable with technology, EMRs, and mobile work environments
  • Able to work independently and adapt to changing needs

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with OBLs, surgical centers, or mobile medical services
  • Prior involvement in launching or supporting a startup practice
  • IV therapy or vascular access certification

Pay: $125,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year
