Job Summary:Urgent Care at Northeast Philadelphia is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physician Assistant (PA) or Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in providing high-quality patient care, supporting clinical operations, and promoting a positive patient experience. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct patient assessments, including medical histories and physical exams.
  • Diagnose and manage a wide range of acute and chronic conditions.
  • Provide patient education and counseling to promote health and wellness.
  • Administer medications, injections, and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to clinical guidelines.
  • Collaborate effectively with physicians and healthcare staff to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Maintain accurate, thorough, and up-to-date medical records using electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
  • Adhere to all relevant clinical protocols, safety procedures, and HIPAA guidelines to ensure patient safety and confidentiality.

Qualifications:

  • Valid and current license as a Physician Assistant (PA) or Registered Nurse (RN) in Pennsylvania
  • Graduate of an accredited PA or Nursing program
  • CPR/BLS certification required (ACLS preferred)
  • Minimum of 1 experience in a clinical or healthcare setting (preferred but not required)
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR) systems

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) is a strong bonus, but not required
  • Experience working in Urgent Care, Internal Medicine, Primary Care, Pediatrics

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $100,000.00 – $125,000.00 per year

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
