Ft. Myers Area Emergency Medicine NP or PA – Flexible Schedule
Are you an experienced Emergency Medicine Nurse practitioner or Physician Assistant looking for a high-paying and well-supported role? This full-time role requires 12 shifts per month.
Position Highlights:
- Full-Time Schedule: 12 shifts/month
- Hourly Rate: $90 (permanent 1099)
- Annual Compensation: Approximately $155K for 12 twelve hour shifts a month
- ED Volume: 26,000 patients per year
- EMR: EPIC
- Malpractice + Tail Coverage Provided
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat Emergency Department patients
- Perform procedures and order/interpret diagnostic tests
- Ensure accurate documentation in the EPIC EMR system
- Work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-based ED environment
Requirements:
- Licensed NP or PA with 2 years recent Emergency Medicine experience in a hospital setting
- Valid Florida License or able to get one soon.
- Strong procedural skills and ability to manage high-acuity patients
- Experience with EPIC EMR preferred
