Position Opening: Advanced Practice Provider – NP / PA / CNM (OBGYN)Location: Phoenix, ArizonaSchedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PMOpen to a four-day workweek for the right candidatePractice Setting: Outpatient Clinical Practice – Obstetrics and GynecologyCompensation: $120,000 – $160,000 annually, depending on experienceBenefits Package Includes:

We are currently hiring a full-time Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or Certified Nurse Midwife) to help us deliver compassionate and comprehensive care to women across all stages of life.

Core Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive prenatal, postnatal, and gynecological care
  • Conduct patient assessments and formulate personalized care plans
  • Manage preventative care, wellness screenings, and chronic gynecologic conditions
  • Collaborate with physicians and care team members to ensure seamless care
  • Educate patients on reproductive health, family planning, and wellness strategies
  • Document clinical encounters and maintain accurate medical records
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education

Required Qualifications

  • Active Arizona license as a Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or Certified Nurse Midwife
  • Graduation from an accredited U.S.-based NP, PA, or CNM program
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a women’s health or OBGYN clinical setting
  • Proven competence in obstetric and gynecologic care
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
