Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our integrative wellness team. The ideal candidate has a strong interest in functional and aesthetic medicine and is passionate about empowering patients to achieve their health and wellness goals through holistic, medically-guided therapies.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct initial consultations and medical evaluations for new and existing clients
- Develop and manage individualized treatment plans for:
- Weight loss and metabolic health
- Bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT)
- IV nutrient and hydration therapies
- Additional wellness therapies such as B12 injections, peptide therapy, etc.
- Perform and interpret diagnostic tests (e.g., lab work, hormone panels, body composition analysis)
- Educate patients on treatment options, wellness plans, and lifestyle modifications
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Ensure patient safety and compliance with protocols and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with the medical director, RNs, estheticians, and other team members
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date medical records using EMR systems
- Stay current with industry developments and best practices in wellness, aesthetics, and regenerative medicine
Qualifications
- Current, unrestricted license as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in [State]
- National certification (AANP, ANCC, NCCPA) required
- Minimum 1–2 years of clinical experience (experience in weight management, HRT, or wellness medicine preferred)
- IV insertion and therapy experience strongly preferred
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient education skills
- Passion for integrative medicine, wellness, and preventive care
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-based environment
Required Experience
- Functional or integrative medicine training
- Knowledge of bioidentical hormones and wellness supplements
- Aesthetic experience (Botox, dermal fillers, etc.) is a plus, but not required

Pay: $70,502.63 – $84,906.40 per year
