Nurse Practitioner /Physician Assistant Job Description
Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physicians Assistant (PA) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care, conducting thorough assessments, and developing treatment plans for our Wellness Practice. This position requires a strong understanding of medical terminology, physiology, and public health principles. Prior experience in men’s wellness, BHRT, Med Spa, cosmetic treatments, weight loss, and nutrition is preferred but not required.
Duties
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments through physical examinations and medical history evaluations.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and clinical guidelines.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests to aid in patient diagnosis.
- Provide education to patients regarding their health conditions and treatment options.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Engage in research activities to contribute to evidence-based practices within the healthcare setting.
- Maintain accurate patient records and manage data effectively to support clinical decision-making.
- Stay current with advancements in healthcare practices and participate in ongoing professional development.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of men’s wellness, hormone replacement therapy, weight loss strategies, and nutrition principles.
- Proficiency in performing clinical procedures and interventions, such as wound care, suture removal, and injections
Skills
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and physiology to effectively communicate with patients and healthcare teams.
- Proficiency in public health principles to promote community health initiatives.
- Experience with interpreting diagnostic tests for accurate diagnosis.
- Ability to perform thorough physical examinations and assessments.
- Research skills to support clinical studies and improve patient outcomes.
- Familiarity with data management systems for efficient record keeping and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills for effective patient education and collaboration with colleagues.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $60.00 – $70.00 per hour
Expected hours: 12 – 16 per week
