Primary care/Family practice seek a licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
For a FULL TIME EXPERIENCED position.
Out patient/Office based patient care
JOB SUMMARY:Responsible for independent and collaborative management of patients (Age range 5 years to seniors) with acute/chronic medical conditions.Primary focus on coordination of care including exercising independent judgment for patients of varying type and acuity.
TASKS WILL INCLUDE:Comprehensive assessment, ordering and interpreting of diagnostic tests and labs.Developing and implementing a treatment plan.Monitoring and effectiveness of therapeutic interventions, Prescribing therapies,Counseling and education to patients.Maintaining and updating accurate medical chart documentation per practice guidelines.Accurate and Timely completion of charts and submission of billing and charge data
REQUIREMENTS:Current AZ License, current DEA prescribing/dispensing certificate in Arizona.
Demonstrated leadership; time and stress management; communication/interpersonal skills Computer skills sufficient for managing documentation/work performed via our electronic medical record system (training will be provided for eclinicalworks EMR).
DUTIES WILL BE SPLIT BETWEEN 2 OFFICE,
LIMITED ON-CALL MAY BE REQUIRED

Pay: $110,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
