Join our dedicated team in Dinuba, CA, where you’ll practice at the top of your license in a supportive, patient-centered clinic. Enjoy a true work-life balance with a Monday–Friday schedule, no nights or weekends, and 6-12 patients per day. Our providers build real connections with their patients in an exclusive, concierge-style clinic. You’ll have the independence to treat patients without the chaos of traditional volume-driven care settings.
You’ll provide high-quality primary care to a diverse patient population in a setting designed for patient-centered care — not volume.
This position includes location-based pay differentials!
Primary Duties of an Elite Provider:
- Use medical training, skills and clinical judgment to provide timely, responsive care to treat a multi-cultural patient population.
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests.
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, injuries, and conditions.
- Work independently, contacting offsite supervising physician as needed regarding patient care.
- Responsible for personalized treatment of patients, ensuring care is relevant for short and long term outcomes.
- Responsible for seeing all scheduled and walk-in patients each day (approximately 6 to 12 patients daily).
- Prescribe medications and treatments based on patient needs and in accordance with practice guidelines.
- Provide patient education on disease prevention, treatment options, and self-care techniques.
- Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) to document patient encounters and maintain accurate medical records using eClinicalWorks.
- Must have an active California Physician Assistant License.
- Must have or be able to obtain an active Furnishing License and DEA registration within 120 days of hire.
- Must have or be able to obtain BLS Certification within 10 days of hire.
- Must be or become proficient in utilizing medical equipment and technology relevant to the role (e.g., DME, EMR (eClinicalWorks), etc.).

Salary: $135,200.00 – $176,800.00 / Year
