Position Overview:
We’re seeking a motivated Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for providers who want to build procedural skills, manage complex patients, and enjoy a rewarding career in a supportive, well-organized setting.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide comprehensive care for patients with chronic and acute dysfunction, injuries and pain conditions that employ a variety of treatment modalities beyond pain medication
- Prescribe appropriate dosing of medications, including narcotics, responsibly and in compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Perform and assist with office-based procedures such as:
- Trigger point injections
- Medication infusions
- Kinesio taping
- Bracing and orthotic management
- Collaborate with the supervising physician and clinical team on patient care plans
- Educate patients on treatment options, safety, and wellness strategies
- Participate in ongoing training and clinical skill-building opportunities
What We’re Looking For:
- Licensed Physician Assistant in Washington
- Active DEA license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Experience in pain management, orthopedics, primary care, or urgent care preferred — but not required. We provide comprehensive training
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
