Full Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physician Assistant to join our healthcare team, specializing in Endocrinology. This is an exceptional opportunity to care for patients in a collaborative, innovative, and fully integrated health system alongside experienced physicians and a multidisciplinary support team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care in both outpatient and inpatient settings, with a strong focus on diabetes, thyroid, and other metabolic disorders.
This role requires a passion for improving patient outcomes, strong diagnostic skills, and the ability to adapt in a dynamic clinical environment. You’ll be part of a team that emphasizes collaborative care, health education, and chronic disease management.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations for endocrine and metabolic conditions
- Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans
- Provide patient education and health coaching for long-term condition management
- Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and support staff to ensure coordinated care
- Monitor patient progress and modify care plans accordingly
- Participate in clinic-wide quality improvement and infection control initiatives
- Perform or assist with procedures as applicable within the scope of endocrinology practice
- Document all patient interactions and care accurately in the EMR system
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies from an accredited program
- Current and valid NCCPA certification
- NRP certification (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
- Active state license (or eligibility) to practice as a PA
- 1–5 years of clinical experience (experience in Endocrinology or Internal Medicine preferred)
- Familiarity with outpatient care workflows and chronic condition management
- Experience with diagnostic evaluation techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Team-oriented with a high level of clinical professionalism
- Bonus: Skills in medical coding and esthetic procedures are desirable but not required

Pay: $85,547.00 – $100,000.00 per year
