Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant – Primary Care – Springfield, MARelocation bonus availableJob Type: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PMSalary: $110,000 – $130,000/year (Open, based on experience)

Job Summary: Join a reputable and growing private practice in Springfield, MA, as a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity to provide high-quality, patient-focused care in a collaborative and supportive setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive physical exams and medical history reviews

• Order and interpret lab work, imaging, and other diagnostics

• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions

• Prescribe medications and manage treatment plans

• Educate patients on preventative health, wellness, and disease management

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR systems

• Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff

Requirements:

• Active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant License in Massachusetts (Required)

• Experience in primary care, internal medicine, or urgent care (Required)

• EMR proficiency

• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

• Willingness to relocate to Springfield, MA (Relocation bonus available)
