Bilingual Nurse Practitioner Job Description

Job OverviewWe are seeking a Bilingual Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our dynamic team. This role will play a key part in launching and supporting our new clinic. The ideal candidate is flexible, motivated, and committed to providing excellent patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in both primary care and urgent care settings
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, diagnosis, and treatment plans
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff
- Educate patients on treatment plans, preventive care, and wellness
- Document patient interactions in the EMR system accurately and timely
- Participate in extended hours and weekend coverage as needed
Qualifications:
- Current NP or PA licensure in Nevada
- Bilingual (English/Spanish preferred)
- Minimum 1 + year of experience in a primary care or urgent care setting preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple patient needs
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Flexibility with work hours, including evenings and weekends
