We offer a collaborative, respectful, and growth-oriented work environment—where your voice is heard, your autonomy is valued, and your work-life balance is protected.

Who We’re Looking For

You’re a confident, compassionate, and skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with experience—or a strong clinical interest—in pain management, orthopedics, or spine care. You communicate clearly, practice evidence-based medicine, and enjoy being part of a high-performing care team. You’re excited to bring expertise to patients navigating chronic pain and are comfortable participating in procedural care and diagnostic planning.

Position Overview

In this full-time outpatient role, you’ll evaluate and manage patients with a range of complex pain conditions. You will serve as a primary point of contact for ongoing care, while also supporting and performing interventional procedures in collaboration with pain management physicians.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive physical exams and obtain detailed patient histories
  • Create individualized treatment plans focused on functional recovery and pain reduction
  • Diagnose and manage chronic and neuropathic pain using non-opioid-focused protocols
  • Assist with and perform image-guided procedures, including:
  • Epidural Steroid Injections
  • Medial Branch Blocks (MBB)
  • Radiofrequency Ablation (RFA)
  • Vertebral Augmentation
  • Spinal Cord Stimulator Trials
  • Vertiflex & MILD procedures
  • Order and interpret diagnostic studies (e.g., imaging, labs)
  • Educate patients on care plans, procedures, and recovery expectations
  • Maintain timely, detailed, and compliant documentation in the EHR
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and administrative staff to ensure seamless care

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited U.S.-based Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program (excluding Puerto Rico)
  • Active and unrestricted Arizona NP or PA license
  • DEA certification with authority for Schedule II–IV substances
  • 1–2+ years of clinical experience in pain management, orthopedics, or spine care preferred
  • Comfortable interpreting imaging and lab results
  • Strong communication and clinical documentation skills
