We are seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practictioner to join our busy Family Practice. We are also in the middle of starting a medical spa so for Clinicians who are interested in Micro Needeling, Fillers, Botox, IV treatment, and other spa proccedures please don’t hesitate to apply.
Responsibilities:
· Administer injections, immunizations, and other medical procedures
· Assess patient health through interviews and physical examinations
· Provide counsel and medical treatment to patients
· Educate patients on overall wellness and health maintenance
· Develop and implement patient management plans
· Maintain a safe and clean work environment

You’ll be set up for success if you have:
- Excellent clinical and communication skills
- An interest in using technology to deliver high quality, evidence-based primary care
- The desire to be an integral part of a rapidly growing team of clinicians dedicated to changing health care delivery
- Current Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license and DEA
- Licensed in UTAH

This is a full-time role based in West Valley City, UT.

Pay: $100,000.00 – $109,052.00 per year
