At ILML Aesthetics, we’re redefining modern wellness by merging functional medicine, hormone optimization, medical weight loss, IV therapy, and regenerative aesthetics into one empowering experience.
We’re launching a next-generation wellness center in Arlington, TX, and are seeking a passionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our new integrative medspa and wellness center in Arlington, TX. This role combines functional medicine, hormone optimization, IV therapy, medical weight loss, and regenerative aesthetics to help our clients heal from the inside out.
You will work directly with motivated clients looking to feel energized, balanced, and confident supporting them through customized protocols that merge science and soul.
Training will be provided in our systems, protocols, and treatments—but candidates should already have a solid understanding of HRT/TRT, IV therapy, and functional medicine principles. You don’t need to be an expert but you need to be fluent enough to grow quickly with guidance.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting comprehensive hormone consultations (HRT/TRT protocols)
- Managing patients on medical weight loss programs (including GLP-1s)
- Ordering, reviewing, and interpreting advanced diagnostic labs (DUTCH, GI-MAP, metabolic panels)
- Providing or overseeing IV nutrient therapy and vitamin infusions
- Educating clients on lifestyle medicine, supplements, and long-term protocols
- Collaborating on aesthetic care plans (toxins, regenerative injectables, microneedling, etc. – if trained)
- Keeping detailed, compliant medical documentation
- Building long-term relationships rooted in trust, results, and empowerment
Skills
- Expertise in hormone optimization (HRT/TRT protocols)
- Understanding of functional and integrative medicine principles
- Familiarity with weight loss treatments, including GLP-1 medications
- Knowledge of IV therapy protocols and nutrient infusions
- (Optional) Experience with aesthetic treatments (Botox, PRF, microneedling, etc.)
- Strong ability to interpret functional lab work (DUTCH, GI-MAP, etc.)
- Excellent client communication and education skills
- Confident, compassionate, and results-driven approach to care
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, wellness-focused startup environment
