Full Job Description

We are an upscale, concierge medical practice located in Greenwich, CT, seeking an exceptional Physician Assistant (PA) or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) to join our growing team. This is a unique opportunity to work within a sophisticated organization, playing a key role in delivering high-quality patient care.

Our commitment is to deliver a healthcare experience that is innovative and comprehensive, yet service-oriented and kind. We are seeking a candidate who is passionate about patient care, excels at complex clinical problem-solving, and demonstrates strong leadership qualities. Our ideal candidate takes pride in their work, and ownership of their role, while thriving in a service-oriented environment.

If you are tired of the high-volume, rushed, and low-service care model that seems to have taken over most medical practices, we have a home for you!

Why Join Us?

  • Professional Environment: Advance your skills in a collaborative and goal-oriented setting. You will work alongside industry-leading physicians and experienced clinical and administrative staff who are committed to excellence.
  • Quality over Quantity: We are not a high-volume practice. We prioritize providing personalized, high-quality healthcare, allowing our providers to develop strong patient relationships and deliver comprehensive care.
  • Concierge Setting: Be part of a practice that is dedicated to providing an exceptional, patient-centered experience within a sophisticated, concierge medical setting.
  • Leadership Development: In addition to competitive compensation and benefits, this role offers opportunities for professional growth and leadership development. The PA/APRN will be empowered to take initiative, contribute to practice development, and assume a leadership role within the clinical team.

About the Role

This position will play a valued and respected role in our practice. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Providing comprehensive primary and acute care to our patients.
  • Diagnosing and managing a wide range of medical conditions.
  • Developing and implementing patient-centered treatment plans.
  • Performing physical examinations, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, and prescribing medications.
  • Coordinating patient care with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
  • Providing patient education and counseling on preventive care and disease management.
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records in our EMR system.
  • Leading and mentoring medical assistants, RNs, and other clinical support staff.
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of clinical protocols and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Ensuring the patient experience reflects the high-end nature of our practice.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: At least three (3) years of experience working as a PA or APRN in an urgent care or primary care setting.
  • Education: Master’s degree from an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program.
  • Certification: Valid Physician Assistant or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) license in the state of Connecticut, and current BLS and ACLS certifications.
  • Attitude: Positive, self-motivated, confident, engaging, empathetic, and team-oriented.
  • Skills:
  • Strong clinical skills, including the ability to diagnose and manage a wide range of medical conditions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems (Athena is preferred).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience or potential.
  • Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.

If you are a dedicated and experienced PA or APRN seeking a rewarding career opportunity with leadership potential in a prestigious concierge medical practice, we encourage you to apply today!
