Position: Physician Assistant
Location: Modesto, CA 95354
Duration: ASAP – 09/30/2025 (Possible extension)
Pay: $95 – 100/hr
Schedule: 40 hours weekly | 8 am – 5 pm (Monday – Friday)
Overview: Seeking a Physician Assistant to provide primary care and occupational health services. The role involves caring for adult patients (18+), including women’s health. The provider will be responsible for timely documentation of EPIC and OHM EMR systems. Occupational health paperwork is expected to be completed by the end of each day. The average patient volume is approximately 15 patients per day.

Urgent Care, Occupational Health, Critical Care, Emergency Room, or experience in a similar setting is Required

EPIC experience is a PLUS

Must have an active Physician Assistant License in California
