Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physician Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care in various settings, including urgent care and senior care. This role requires a strong understanding of clinical practices, chronic diseases control and management, and the ability to manage complex patient cases effectively.
Duties
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history and physical examinations.
- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians.
- Monitor and manage patients in outpatient settings, ensuring adherence to practice protocols.
- Utilize electronic health record systems such as Elation or Epic for documentation and patient management.
- Administer treatments, including common outpatient treatments, as per established protocols.
- Participate in clinical research initiatives to enhance patient care practices.
- Provide infectious disease care and guidance to patients and their families.
- Educate patients on health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment options.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Experience
- Previous experience in outpatient clinic or urgent care settings is preferred.
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems such as Elation or Epic is advantageous.
- Knowledge of senior care practices is beneficial.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment are essential.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $130,000.00 – $160,000.00 per year
