Job OverviewWe are a leading fertility program for Louisiana, where we build families through excellence, empathy, and efficiency. We’re looking for an independent, vibrant, and professional physician assistant to expand our fertility services in the Shreveport area. Dependability, initiative, a positive attitude, and growth mindset are essential. Leadership and communication skills are also critical. A current LA license and a minimum of 5 years of experience in women’s health are preferred prerequisites. Duties
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical histories and examinations.
- Diagnose and treat a range of infertility conditions under the supervision of a physician.
- Perform procedures such as ultrasounds and flexible office hysteroscopy.
- Participate in clinical research projects to advance medical knowledge and improve patient care practices.
- Educate patients.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams in a teaching environment to enhance learning opportunities for staff.
- Provide telehealth services to ensure accessible care for patients unable to visit in person.
Experience
- Previous experience in women’s health care is preferred.
- Experience with clinical research methodologies is a plus, contributing to evidence-based practice.
- Proficiency in using electronic health record systems.
- A commitment to ongoing professional development and education within the healthcare field is essential.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $112,111.00 – $117,048.00 per year
