About Us:We are a modern and growing medical spa in Fairfield, CT, expanding our services to include primary care alongside our well-established aesthetic offerings. We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to work in a relaxing, wellness-oriented environment while providing high-quality, patient-centered primary care.
Position Overview:The FNP or PA will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating common acute and chronic conditions, promoting wellness, and helping patients manage their overall health. You’ll have the chance to build trusted relationships with patients in a boutique-style practice, with the support of a collaborative and positive team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive primary care services to adult patients
- Perform physical exams, review patient histories, and order diagnostic tests
- Develop care plans and manage chronic conditions (e.g., hypertension, diabetes)
- Administer or prescribe appropriate treatments and medications
- Maintain accurate and thorough electronic health records
- Collaborate with other team members and refer to specialists as needed
- Support integration of wellness and aesthetic care when appropriate
Qualifications:
- Active and unrestricted APRN (FNP) or PA license in the state of Connecticut
- Board-certified (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA)
- Experience in primary care or family medicine preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills
- Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required; Portuguese is a plus
- Interest in wellness and aesthetics is a plus, but not required
