OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physician Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality medical care to patients, working closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals. This position requires a strong understanding of medical practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including physical examinations and medical histories.
- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians.
- Provide care in specialized areas such as Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) and infectious disease management.
- Perform diagnostic procedures, including medical imaging and data management.
- Assist in discharge planning and ensure continuity of care for patients post-treatment.
- Administer medications and perform procedures such as phlebotomy as needed.
- Maintain accurate patient records using ICD-9 coding systems and electronic health records.
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment options, and preventive care.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of anatomy and medical-surgical practices.
- Proficiency in data management related to patient care.
- Experience with medical imaging techniques and interpretation.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Pay: $125,000.00 – $145,000.00 per year
