AFC URGENT CARE IN RIDLEY, ASTON AND HAVERTOWN, PA IS HIRING A FULL-TIME CRNP or PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT (NCCPA preferred) WITH A MINIMUM 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN URGENT CARE AND specialized in family or emergency medicine. Must be able to treat patients of all ages.

The ideal candidate will:
Provide high quality patient care
Have excellent bed-side manner
Maintain a professional, ethical and empathetic attitude
Have experience in an urgent care or emergency room setting
Have a current, clean NP or PA license (along with an unencumbered DEA preferred)
Will work well with staff physicians while also being able to work independently
Will be a ‘people person’
Will have a clean, neat, professional appearance
Will have excellent communication skills while dealing with staff and patients
Will be computer literate and able to chart in an EMR
REQUIRED CLINICAL SKILLS
Ability to diagnose chronic and acute conditions most frequently seen in an urgent care setting
Suturing
Triage
Phlebotomy
Wound Care
I & D’s
EKG’s
Collect specimens
Injections
Accurate typing
Closing out charts in a timely manner
Flexible schedules available
Compensation commensurate with experience
Qualifications
Must have valid Medical License (DEA preferred)
BLS/ACLS Certification
Must have MSN or DNP degree specialized in family or emergency medicine
Must have DOT Certification or Completed accredited DOT certificate training program prior to start date and completion of the DOT certification exam within 15 days of employment start date
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60.00 – $75.00 per hour
