Licensed PA for an Allergy and Asthma specialty clinic in Burnsville seeing patients of all ages. Typical patients will have asthma, environmental allergies, eczema, or food allergies. After about 2 months training, the candidate will practice independently with oversight. Great opportunity to develop continuity of care with patients of all ages. We are continually voted one of the best Allergy clinics in MN and are looking for someone who is dedicated to helping patients while having a positive, happy demeanor. The pay range is set at $104k for new grad, then at $124 k if you have worked in Allergy before. Yearly salary is based on 40 hours a week. Also production bonuses.
Monday (Burnsville): 9:30 a.m.- 6:30 p.m.
Tuesday (Burnsville) : 7:30 a.m.- 4:30 p.m.
Wednesday (Burnsville) : 9:30 a.m.- 6:30 p.m.
Thursday (Burnsville) : 7:30 a.m.- 4:30 p.m.
Friday 7:30-11:30 a.m or until 4:30

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and physical examinations to determine health status.
- Administer injections and assist with various medical procedures, ensuring adherence to HIPAA regulations.
- Provide health coaching and education to patients regarding treatment plans and preventive care.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to manage patient care effectively, including triage and acute pain management.
- Maintain accurate medical records using EHR systems and ensure compliance with relevant medical terminology.
Qualifications
- Valid Physician Assistant License
- Medical office experience and patient care expertise
- Proficient in basic life support and patient assessment
- Knowledge of medical terminology and HIPAA regulations
- Experience with administering injections and conducting physical examinations
- Familiarity with EHR systems such as Epic and Cerner
- Strong skills in health coaching and critical care management
