Full Job Description
- Patient exams/evaluations (medical history, physical exam, HPI, review pertinent imaging/records/reports)
- Diagnosis and treatment plan formulation
- Order and review diagnostic studies when medically relevant
- Manage Patient care and progress (including medication management and procedures)
- Procedures to include Joint injections, trigger point injections, US guided injections, Migraine therapies (botox) we will provide training
- Referral to MDs for procedures such as Epidural injections, Kyphoplasty, etc.
- Consultation/Collaboration with the MD’s, PA/NP’s, and other support staff for comprehensive care
- Documentation/Charting-timely and accurate
- Patient follow up and regular progress visits
- Patient education as to treatment plan options, diagnosis, and medication management
- Attend company meetings as necessary.
- Maintain continuing education for purpose of self-education and to meet license maintenance requirements.
Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program
- Current and Active Nevada PA/NP license
- Pain management experience a plus, but we are willing to train as well
- Obtain both the Nevada CS pharmacy license and the DEA license
Schedule:
- M-F 8a to 5p (8 hr day) or four 10 hr days
- No holiday, no call, no weekends required
Compensation (range):
- $120k-$130k per year (with bonuses -depending on experience)
