Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and skilled Physician Assistant to join our healthcare team. The PA will support patient care in a wellness-focused environment, with an emphasis on behavioral health, medication management, and general wellness support under physician collaboration. This role involves performing physical examinations, diagnosing and treating illnesses, and assisting in various medical procedures. The Physician Assistant will play a crucial role in enhancing patient outcomes through effective communication and comprehensive care.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough physical examinations and assess patients’ health status.
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions, ensuring appropriate management of patient care.
- Provide acute pain management strategies to improve patient comfort.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Educate patients on health maintenance, disease prevention, and lifestyle modifications through health coaching. .
- Maintain infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.
- Document all patient interactions accurately in electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Communicate with supervising physician and care team as needed
- Assist with referrals and coordination of care

- Proficient in performing physical examinations and assessing patient needs.
- Strong knowledge of acute pain management techniques and practices.
- Excellent communication skills for effective patient education and counseling.
