Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant – Digestive Healthcare

Digestive Healthcare Consultants of Northwest Ohio, one of Toledo’s premier GI practices’ is recruiting a motivated and personable Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their progressive practice. This 100% GI practice consists of 13 Gastroenterologists, 11 Advanced Practice Providers, and has the largest practice volume in the region. The practice has served the area for many years with a reputation of providing high-quality patient care and excellence.

This provider will cover ambulatory for new and existing patients, manage inpatient consults at ProMedica Toledo Hospital, triage questions and complete tasks in EPIC.

Job Requirements:

• Master’s degree from an accredited program.
• Current NP or PA license in the state of Ohio.
• Board certification by the appropriate national certifying body.
• Previous experience in gastroenterology preferred, but not required.
• Proficiency in electronic health records, particularly EPIC.
